What gets you up in the mornings?

Most times my cat gets me up, but it's because they are evil by nature and if they are not sleeping neither are you. Like living with a mini lion that wants to kill me, but here I am rubbing her belly and laughing. Otherwise I'm motivated to make things better for everyone if I can, my GAF meter is set to high.

How long have you been in the industry?

I started building homes 24 years ago and have had may different jobs within the industry. I've seen the industry change and grow, fall and grow again.

What do you do at twenty20 & Co.?

OG Consultant, probably the best part about this company is the varied experience the Team has. Someone always has something to bring to the table.

Pepsi or Coke?

Rarely drink pop, but way back it would have been Pepsi. I only use Coke to clean driveways and polish chrome.

What are the values that drive you?

I value People, Honesty, Communication, Building Community and that working hard for others first results in a better life for all. You get what you put in, and if you surround yourself with people that value a higher purpose. You will be successful as that group lift itself up and up and up!!

Outside of work you can usually find me...

Snowboarding in the winter and playing Beach Volleyball from Spring to fall, if you are looking for a place for a good meal I probably know one or I can cook it for ya.

The best piece of advice I've ever been given is...

It is better to be thought a fool and say nothing, than it is to open your mouth and prove you are one.

What's the most inspiring part of your work?

In my current role it's seeing people succeeding, as Individuals or as a Team. Many hands make lite work, and many minds find solutions where once there was none.

What's the one thing you would most like to do for your clients?

Give them confidence that their purchase is a good investment, or give them the information need to make it one in the future. Just because a house has some blemishes, doesn't mean that it can't be made to shine again.

Favourite movie?

I've got a few including Lawrence of Arabia, Akira and Guardians of the Galaxy
